FREQUENTLY ASKED
How do I check if a broker is regulated?

Find the license number on the broker's site, then verify it directly on the regulator's public register — or use our broker check, which does the lookup across 41 registries for you.

What is a clone firm?

A scam operation that copies the name, license number, or website of a real regulated broker. Always verify the domain and contact details against the regulator's register, not just the license number.

My broker won't process my withdrawal. What now?

Document everything (requests, tickets, chat logs), then file a report in our Mediation Center. If the broker is regulated, also complain to the regulator directly.

Is high leverage a red flag?

1:500+ leverage offered to retail clients usually means the entity is offshore — Tier-1 regulators cap retail leverage around 1:30. The leverage itself is the bait; the missing protections are the cost.
